Source Technologies is committed to providing the highest quality MICR printing solutions. To demonstrate our commitment, we offer this MICR Check Printing Performance Guarantee.

Source Technologies ensures the readability performance of our MICR printers when used in conjunction with Source Technologies' MICR toner and approved check stock. Our toner quality adheres to ANSI standards. If any MICR reject rate problems arise, we will help resolve them. If we are unable to resolve the issues, we will reimburse you for bank fees related to rejects, provided Source Technologies was notified of the problem, and we verify Source Technologies' MICR printers or materials caused the bank fees.

Our MICR Check Printing Performance Guarantee includes toner and printers with toner low systems acquired by you from Source Technologies and continuously maintained by Source Technologies, or Source Technologies authorized service provider, under a full-service maintenance agreement. This guarantee is applicable for three years from the printer delivery date and is not applicable to printers damaged due to no fault of Source Technologies.
